After a two-year hiatus the singer, songwriter, and producer finally returns with his 8th album.
He had promised that he would not make his return until a Korean name had reached Billboard music charts. After debuting the Wonder Girls in the U.S. this summer, the group finally marked their spot on U.S. territory by placing 76th on the Billboard Top 100.
His promise finally fulfilled, he will also return with a four-day concert tour in December.
