Kim So Eun of Boys Over Flowers and The Man Who Can't Marry has been absent from the scene lately but she still pleases her fans through some selcas.

Recently, she got together with Jang Geun Suk for a coffee brand endorsement. But other than recording CFs she's been taking a long break after the end of her last drama, The Man Who Can't Marry.

9,000 people to decide T-ara’s title song

All of T-ara's songs have been taking over charts on 9 different music websites in Korea. T-ara will look at 9,000 peoples' opinions and decide the title song that they will promote.

T-ara released numerous music videos today to allow fans to take a look at what they're going to bring with their comeback.

The girls have been reading comments from people, watching the play counts, and taking more general data to figure out which song seems to be the most popular. Their company, Core Contents Media said, "We are looking at Mnet, Melon, Nate, Cyworld, SoriBada, etc and gathering the netizens' interests."

Currently it's a tie between Bo Peep Bo Peep and Like the First Time.

Both of them have number 1 spots on different music charts, but many people are saying that all of the songs are worth being title tracks.

T-ara will announce the results on December 2nd around 9:30 A.M KST.

Narsha on Nail Up Magazine

Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls was chosen as the cover model of a magazine called 'Nail Up!'.

'Nail Up!' is Korea's first Nail magazine, and for the December issue, Narsha transformed into various characters from Alice and Wonderland, like the cat, Queen, the mad hatter, and more!

In an interview with 'Nail Up!', Narsha was asked about the KBS 2TV show, 'Invincible Youth', and she replied, "It doesn't have a script, and everyone is responsible for their own lines, so the program is just that much more entertaining."

She also added with humor, "However, I still can't manage to use that bathroom we dug ourselves. So when the camera is rolling, I don't drink water, and try to hold it in. I finally go to the bathroom comfortably in Seoul."

JYP releases “No Love No More” MV!

With the teaser out a few days ago, JYP's full song and MV for No Love No More from his new mini album is finally out!

The amount of talent that this man has is simply amazing. Being the producer of hit songs from 2PM, 2AM, Wonder Girls, and other JYP artists (who are also crazy over the song), this album is bound to be a success.

JYP will perform the songs on this album (along with his past hits) this Christmas, as he will be holding his usual Bad Party.

4minute’s HyunA and Jiyoon prepare for solo debuts!

WOW! It's just been revealed that 4minute's Kim HyunA and Jun Jiyoon will be working on solo albums!

After 4minute's successful first mini-album "For Muzik," the two members revealed this surprising piece of news and fans are going crazy - me included.

Cube Entertainment stated:

We have not yet decided whether HyunA or Jiyoon will release a solo album first. Both of them are working on their pop dance tracks and performances to bring out their own unique personalities. We will decide the specifics after we wrap up 4minute's group activities.

I'm excited! Especially because these two are my favorites, but then again, I think they are most fans' favorites.

Taeyeon is no longer SNSD’s kid leader?

Oh no! What could possibly be wrong?

A fan account of this week's recording of Strong Heart has been going around and it's got a lot of people buzzing.

On a segment of the show, SNSD / Girls' Generation leader Taeyeon allegedly revealed that she was going through a lot of struggles and hardships as SNSD's leader and has decided to step down from her position as leader and take on the role of a normal member of SNSD.

Of course being the leader does not bring any privileges or rights, but as we all know (see 2PM) a leader is necessary for every group both physically and emotionally. Will someone step up to take the role or will the 9 girls operate as one unit and stay leaderless?

Keep in mind that this is all just a rumor so far, but the news is getting quite a bit of attention.

SNSD Samyang Ramyun CF

Around two weeks, there were rumors that SNSD / Girls' Generation was filming a new CF for Samyang Ramyun based on a photo.

Well, it turned out the be true because the CF has been released! It was obviously filmed in the snow because it's Winter themed CF and it also contains the same 8-bit Bubble Bobble music from the original CF. There were some worries about copyright issues with the music but it turned out that Samyang received the full rights to use the music in their commercials.

Ayumi Hamasaki’s TVXQ fandom

Back in August, we reported that Ayumi Hamasaki, one of the most popular J-pop artists seemed to be a fan girl of fellow Avex label mates TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki. She wrote on her blog stating, "They have beautiful singing voices, I fell in love with them in Ehime." Ayumi even waved a Tohoshinki towel at an A-nation Concert (a summer concert tour where various Avex artists perform on stage across Japan).

Well a few months have passed and the TVXQ documentary has been released, revealing the part where Ayumi shows off her fandom.

After School’s “Because of You” MV Released!

The wait is finally over, After School fans! Despite their melodramatic tease, the MV for their comeback single Because of You has been released!

The ladies have brought a new sound with their comeback, and along with that sound, the ladies brought a new image. The MV revealed a darker, gloomier side of After School, but despite their teary eyes and disheartened faces, I guess it made for good publicity because these ladies have already grasped #1 on various online music charts already with their comeback single. “Like the Beginning” & two “Bo Peep Bo Peep” MVs!

T-ara has released not one but three versions of the music video for their newest songs, Bo Peep Bo Peep and Like the Beginning from their first album. Usually when artistes release different versions of their music video it's because one is a dance version and the other is a drama version or one has a different setting. This time around for T-ara, it's a totally different story.

For Bo Peep Bo Peep, they released one music video for viewers of age 15 and up and another music video for viewers of age 19 and up. Wow, an idol group making a 19+ music video, pretty intense!

Though Bo Peep Bo Peep has a cute tune, I prefer their other song Like the Beginning which is number 1 right on Bugs chart of Korea.

Since they've just released music videos for 3 songs, they want everyone to decide which is the best. Which is worth promoting and which will win them something this time on a music show?

Ninja Assassin ranks 6th at box office

After 3 days of release, Ninja Assassin has climbed up to the 6th spot on the box office charts.

WEEK OF NOVEMBER 27 BOX OFFICE SUMMARY:

4. Old Dogs
5. A Christmas Carol
6. Ninja Assassin

Counting up Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the movie has grossed a total of $13.1 Million Dollars. This is quite impressive, as the movie did not use actors with big-names and was also rated R, which simply decreased the amount of viewers.

Seeing the movie myself, its pretty bad ass, so I do urge you to check it out and support Rain and Asians in Hollywood.

SNSD photos from the past

Though they don't necessarily look like school photos, they are definitely posing for something. They seem too young for a driver's license shot and too informal for a graduation picture.

Whatever these photos may be, it seems like the girls of SNSD have stayed the same since before their debut to now. There are slight differences here and there but most of it seems like make up.

These pictures tell me these girls are naturally beautiful which makes me even more angry and jealous.

Although these girls were picked by SM Entertainment for their skills and talent, no one can deny that a pretty face comes in handy.

CL and Minzy say “Please Don’t Go” on Inkigayo

CL and Minzy performed "Please Don't Go" for the first time on a weekly music program, SBS Inkigayo. And whenever these two perform, the fan chants are dominated by fangirls - which is an odd case, because believe it or not, these two are actually ladies. Receiving as much love as the boybands, the ladies rocked the stage for their female fans!

SNSD’s Sunny leaves her makeup on 24/7?

SNSD's Sunny was a recent episode of Star Golden Bell where the topic about her makeup came up again.

Before that though, MC Jeon Hyun Mu revealed that they had done a impromptu poll for their girl group line on the show (Sunny, After School's Kahi, Kara's Gyuri and Brown Eyed Girls' Narsha), where the studio guests had to vote on which girl would they want to protect the most.

And the unanimous winner was announced to be Sunny.

But that was the end of the happy part as fellow entertainer, Kim Sook reveals how Sunny keeps her makeup on 24/7, even when she sleeps.

But there was a legitimate reason as Sunny explained herself.

Dancing Diva Jo Kwon is back

After being sidelined for nearly a month with swine flu, the dancing diva Jo Kwon is back! On the November 28th edition of the hit show Star King, Jo Kwon showed that he has fully recovered from swine flu by showing off his dancing diva skills. Jo Kwon danced to the Black Eyed Peas hit song Boom Boom Pow. Mini Jaebeom saw the dance and thought it was funny.

Who else has ‘chocolate’ abs?

The term 'chocolate abs' can no longer only be used to describe incredibly hot men with nicely defined abs. Why?

Because certain females have been showing that they've got abs as well. More specifically, certain female idols have been flaunting their more-than-fit bodies. Due to their intense choreography practices, some female idols have been sporting abs that can more than compare with the guys.

For example:

1) 4minute's Hyuna

Due to her hard abs, Hyuna is usually seen in outfits that flaunt her waist. A representative of Cube Entertainment stated, "Hyuna has been in training longer than the other girls because she has also practiced as a Wonder Girl. She was able to get her pretty waistline because of all the intense practices she has had."

2) Kara's Nicole

Nicole has made a huge transformation into a hottie to perform some booty-shaking for the fans. It was reported that she lost about 10 pounds for Mister, and her weight loss really helped to define her hips even more.

A representative of DSP Entertainment stated, "Nicole had a pretty body line even when she was a little chubby. Nicole was able to get her healthy body from exercising and watching what she ate. Because of her efforts, she was able to get a warm response from fans who saw her on camera."

3) 2NE1's CL

CL does not only spit out fierce rhymes, but she has a fierce body as well, and she proved that to fans the minute she stepped on stage to perform Fire.

H Fitness Center's trainer Yoon Sang Yun commented, "The three members have abs that were formed through vigorous dance practices. Females do not get chocolate abs or six packs like males, but they do get a V-line. This V-line gives a sexy effect for females."

KARA’s sexy ‘Freestyle CAT’ promo photos

The other day it was revealed that the lovely girl group KARA would be the next Kpop celebrity videogame characters/models/endorsers for the basketball videogame ‘Freestyle,’ the Wonder Girls being the first. More promo photos of KARA sporting their cat costumes were released and without a doubt the pics define the term “eye candy.”

The photos range from cutesy to sultry, offering a little something for everyone whether you prefer one over the other--I’m in the other category. Personally, my favorite pics are Goo Hara and Park Gyuri’s, then Nicole’s, then Goo Hara’s, then Goo Hara’s again, then Goo Hara’s one more time…I think you get the point.



I’m not really a big fan of cats, but I could definitely make an exception when it comes to KARA. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to pet these beauties.
